QIOX will provide transportation, installation and assembly for the QIOX furniture at the designated location. On average we will spend 1 hour on location except for floor, wall or ceiling assembly. Prior to your delivery you will receive an intake form where these details will be known and you will receive an estimate of the hours and/or 1 or 2 installers are needed on location.
- Installation of the furniture/tablets and operational setup of the required hardware devices.
- Loading, transporting, unloading and unpacking the furniture at your location.
- Doing a final operational test of the now connected furniture.
- Upon delivery, our installation engineer will submit a delivery report to the location manager for approval and comment. The customer will also receive information with service phone number and email address for 1st line customer support.
- The address needs to be provided to QIOX at least 2 weeks before the start of the operation.
