- The FM3080 Hind is a perfect recessed scanner from Newland with a minimal size (only 53MM high). Thanks to its compact size, this scanner is very suitable to fit in most kiosks and POS systems, while the recessed mounting ensures that the device is suitable for any business environment. Built to read from all widescreen LCD display devices, the fixed scanner is ideal for mobile applications such as loyalty programs and ticket validation.

- The FM3080 Hind is armed with Newland's sixth generation UIMG® technology. This CPU-based scanner excels at reading on-screen barcodes containing a large amount of data.

With up to 4 colour options available, the FM3080 Hind's white scan window can light up any scan. It can be programmed for different barcodes, a successful reading, or to match your company brand. - Small form factor.
Dimensions of 78.7 x 67.7 x 47.5 mm make the FM3080 Hind the smallest of their FM30 series. As a result, it takes up minimal space in a kiosk or at the checkout. - IR and light sensors.
To achieve higher productivity the FM3080 Hind has a combination of an IR sensor and a light sensor. This combination provides better sensitivity when activating the scanner to scan the presented barcode.
IP65 seal.
The FM3080 Hind has a high IP rating of IP65, making it resistant to water and dust.
